He is survived by: his wife Ann Kinney; his children, Rhonda Zeestraten (Richard), Ronald Hammac (Debra Gavin), Tammy Hammac and Travis Hammac; his grandchildren, Bradford Perry (Jade), Crystal Murphy (Sean), Christopher Kreutzer, Ronald Kreutzer, Amanda Kreutzer and Draven Hammac; and his sister Vassie Hooper. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
