He was predeceased by: his father Fred C Boothby; and his siblings, Lon and Carla Boothby. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Boothby (Booth); his children, Fred R. Boothby (Amanda), Michelle Fetrick (Jonathan), Jason Boothby (Rachel) and Christina Ventura (Jacob); his grandchildren, Chloe, Oliver, Alexa, Lily, Blake, Crew, Will, Kenna, Caleb, Ellie, Addie, Sophie, Emma, Levi and Charles; his mother Eloise Boothby; his brother Ron Boothby (Janelle); and his nieces and nephews, Charles Boothby (Lisa), Carrie Trujillo (Heath), Katie Uyeyama (Ron), Rob Boothby (Brittany), Angela Frauenfelder (Kris) and Ron Boothby (Kelsey).
