Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Nancy for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Shalley and Goldie Shalley; her husband Don; and her son Robert Forrest. She is survived by: her children, Charles Pennell (Samantha), James Pennell (Kathy), Robin Pennell (Ron McNally) and Cindy Forrest; and her sisters, Donna Launius and Lois Wesler.
A memorial gathering was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Gobles United Methodist Church (210 E Exchange St, Gobles, MI 49055).
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Gobles United Methodist Church or Centrica Rose Arbor Hospice.
