We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Paul Harrison Root (Gobles, Michigan). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his parents, Harry Root and Amy Root; his brother Milon (Norma); his in-laws, Tom, Pat Taylor, Audrey Evans and Floyd Evans; and also, Nicholas and Cora Evans.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Root (Mark) and Ronald Root (Susan); his granddaughters, Jessica Coleman (Ryan), Jocelyn Bunce (Paul) and Claire Root-Benson (Derek); his great grandchildren, Alexandra, Matthew, Rory and Cora; and his in-laws, David Evans, Jim Evans, Mary Ann Evans and Linda Evans. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Merson Church (3313 102nd Ave, Gobles, MI 49055). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Wings of Hope Hospice and/or Merson Church.
