He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene T. Willis and Stella M. Willis (Schmitigal). He is survived by: his daughter Bobbi Jean Cartwright; his uncle Harold Schmitigal (Barbara); and his close friend Debbie Flores. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
