He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Fox and Gertrude Beasley Fox; his wife Madge Fox; his siblings, R. V. Fox, Roscoe Fox, Larry Fox, Leo Fox and Edna Pierce; and his great grandchild Tyler Jason Niemi.

He is survived by: his sons, Rickey Fox (Christine) of Gladwin, MI, Keith Fox (April) of Fraser, MI and Marcus Fox (Cindy) of Goodrich, MI; and his sister Corena Dalton of Nancy. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
