He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andrew (Gertrude Koch) and Friesland; his wife Kathy DeKraker; his children, Bonnie Morgan, John Koch and James Koch (Evelyn Napier); his stepchildren, Andrew Williams, Lyndi Needham (Keith) and Karen Kooistra (Derrick); and his siblings, DeeDee Nobel (Glen), Hans Koch, Ted Koch (Colleen) and Betty Minnema. He was also cherished by 18 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
