He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Johnson and Katharine C. Johnson (Finucane); his wife Bea Johnson; and his siblings, Ivan Johnson (Patricia Brewster) and Betty Phillips (Bobby Johnson).
He is survived by : his children, Katie Johnson of Greenville, Brenda Lee Johnson (Rebecca Guerrero), Robert James Johnson (Jennifer Baker) and Jill Ann (Mike Scott); his close friend Beverly Andersen of Ionia; his grandchildren, Danielle (Matt Mulholland), Jenny (John Simons), Jeanette Glover, Keaton Johnson, Drew Johnson (Shane Wright), Lauren Scott, Logan Scott, Travis Scott and Ian Scott; and his sister-in-law Shirley (Jim Cowles). He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter.
