He is survived by: his parents, Woody Bolen and Carolyn Bolen of Gowen; and his brothers, Mark (Dawn Bolen), Michael William Bolen Sr. (Aimee Arcand), Stephen (Mandy Bolen), Fred (Tara Bolen) and Matthew (Mykalia Bolen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, along with lots of great friends.
