He was predeceased by : his father Alberto Aguilar; and his son Alberto Joel Aguilar. He is survived by : his mother Dianna Kay Aguilar (Bottorff); his sons, Daniel and Alex; his siblings, Lisa Cox (Roger), Tony Aguilar (Melissa) and JoAnna Smith (Derrick); his girlfriend Stacy Sizemore; and his aunt JoAnn Wellington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
