She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Buchanan and Elma Buchanan; and her husband Harold Zinn. She is survived by: her children, Ann Plamondon (Ronald) and Andrew Zinn (Bridgette Zittel); her grandchildren, Jennie Merrill (Michael), Kelcie Partyka (Philip), Annie Willette (Lance) and Aric Plamondon; her great grandchildren, Walker Willette and Casimir Partyka; and her brother Charles Buchanan (Florence).
