He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arlin Carroll and Lula Ann Carroll (Vickroy) of Grand Blanc; his daughter Sara Lowrance (Josh) of Owosso; his grandchildren, Trevor, Logan, Elijah, Skiah, Maverick and Payton; his siblings, Tom Carroll of Grand Blanc and Linda Goodrich (Keith) of Lapeer; his brother-in-law Darrell Blakley of Clio; his son Gregory; and his sister Barbara Blakley.
