He is survived by: his wife Sally Schlereth; his children, Beth Faulkner (Michael), Karen Bentley (Dean), Dave Bach (Sheila), Paul Bach (Tracie) and Jim Bach (Paulette); his grandchildren, Kristen, Jon Neuenfeldt, Bryan, Abby Faulkner, Dana, Mike Katz, Bailey, Kevin Warren, Ian Bach (Amber Smigiel), Hannah, David Starkey, Ethan Bach (Lauren Helzer), Carl, Brendan, Luke, Liam and Eva Bach; and his great grandchildren, Annie, Mary, Thomas Faulkner, Finn and Dawson Starkey.
