She was predeceased by: her husband Richard J. Satterley; her sons, Clark and Richard; her parents, Milo and Ruth; and her sister Eunice.

She is survived by: her children, Denise Voorheis (Gary) and Kelly Moye (Chris); her daughter-in-law Pauline Satterley (Eversole); her grandchildren, April Voorheis, Jennifer (Moye), Johns (RJ) and Lindsay Moye; her stepgrandchildren, Maureen Callahan (Jeff) and Brian Eversole; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jacob and Emily Callahan; and her sister Janet Huffman (Chuck).

Carmen continued to meet a core group of Bendle friends for lunch monthly until the beginning of the pandemic.
