He is survived by: his wife Pat of Grand Blanc; his daughter Rebecca Wainio (Matt) of Grand Blanc; his grandchildren, Taylor and Sydney; and his brother Arthur Hess of Mt. Morris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
