He was predeceased by : his parents, Franklin Phillips and Nora; and his daughter Danielle. He is survived by : his wife Kristi Dixon; his daughters, Lisa Deachin (Todd), Stacey Jimenez (Rafael) and Kelly Smith (Troy); and his siblings, Stan (Melissa), Erne (Darlene), Daryl (Pam), Vicki (RW) and Barb (Bill). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
