He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Barker and Pauline Barker Turpin (Chaney); his former wife Sandeen Barker (Tallman); and his brothers, Thomas Barker, Kelly Barker and Gary Barker.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Gumpp Barker (Bowditch); his children, Earl Barker II (Bonnie (McDaniel) Barker) and Janel Kosc (Matt Kosc); his grandchildren, Abigail Barker (Caleb Sumney), Spencer Kosc and Victoria Kosc; and his brothers, Lance Barker and Cal Barker.
