She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fletcher and Flossie Fletcher (Redcliff); her son Marvin Briggs; her son-in-law Brian Brandt; and her siblings, Elmer, Myrtle, Hazel, Donna, Art and Fred.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Briggs Fox Hegarty (Ed), Laura Briggs Brandt and Dale Briggs (Michelle); her great grandchildren, Stephanie Fox Kroell (John), Tyler Fox (Audrey), Ryan Fox, Troy Kroell, Brandi Brandt Brandenburg, Owen Brandenburg, Zane Brandenburg, Aubri Brandt, Brandt Badger, Minroe Badger, Sarah Brandt (Mike Swanson), Madison Briggs and Millicent Briggs; and her nephew Larry Fletcher (Jeannie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to The Alzheimer's Association or Heart to Heart Hospice of Genesee County. The family has chosen to send donations to Alzheimer's AssociationDonate Now (http://www.alz.org).
