He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Lewis and Hazel Lewis; and his wife Linda. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Donald Pittenger, Renee Woodall (Tony), Bethany Riggs and Brandi Arndt (Tom); his grandchildren, Kaci (Anthony), David, Tori, Steven, Brittainy, Christopher, Brandon, Harrison, Rosemary, Marshall and Oli; and his great grandchildren, Vincent, Henry and Camilla.
In lieu of flowers those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the Linden Presbyterian Church.
