He was predeceased by: his parents, Della D. Wilcox and Robert Otto Bibber; his wife Linda Bibber; his siblings, Maxine Minnie Williams and Robert Otto Bibber; and his son Ray A. Bibber.

He is survived by: his sister Rose (Jim Book); his daughter Lisa (Darren Dawson); and his stepchildren, John (Karen Doering) and Angela (James Herbst). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
