He was predeceased by: his parents, David and Betty; and his siblings, Susan, Cheryl, Kevin and Brian.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Kimberly Ann Jones (Guy) and Erica Lynn White (Michael); his grandchildren, Ethan Michael, Avery Elizabeth and Oliver Joseph; and his brother Lee Alan Turnquist (Nancy). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In honor of Gary, memorial contributions may be made to the Aleda E. Lutz Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center.
