He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Hajek and Dolores Hajek (Shustock). He is survived by: his wife Melinda S. Elmore; his daughters, Randalynn Hajek (Adam) and Kelsey Hajek; his pets, Quick, Maverick and Moose; and his siblings, David Hajek (Nancy), Daniel Hajek (Kerrie) and Christine Keene (David). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers- and sisters-in-law, very special neighbors and dear friends.
