He was predeceased by: his father Douglas Woodard; his mother-in-law Debra Sajjavaro; his grandparents-in-law, Walter and Louise Drenkhan; and his cousins, Steve Miller and James Petty.
He is survived by: his mother Lucille Woodard; his wife Melissa Donovan; his daughters, Alexiss Woodard and Andee Woodard; his siblings, Michelle Heistand, Donna Goodwin (John) and Michael Donovan (Crystal); and his pet Jerry "Lick Lick". He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.
