He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Arthur and Lois Fay Provost (Chittenden); and his siblings, Judith Mercier and Richard Provost. He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Ellis; his children, Laura Provost of Port Charlotte, FL and Mark Provost of Waterford; and his siblings-in-law, Melvin Mercier of Clarkston and Virginia Ellis Palmer (Richard) of Monroe, Ohio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
