It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joann Carter of Grand Blanc, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on June 19, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Christenson and Annie Christenson (Rates). She is survived by: her husband Larry Carter; her son David Carter (Shanon) of Charlotte, NC; and her siblings, Bud Christenson (Judy) of Fenton, Donna Christenson of Washington, DC and Ted Christenson of Lake Fenton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
