He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Lavrack (Jake) and Evelyn Hartman-Lavrack (Katie); and his sisters, Jackie Adams and Virginia Kovacs (Bee). He is survived by: his siblings, David Lavrack, Maurice Lavrack and Karen Edwards; his children, Donna Heck (Jerry), Melissa Montano (John) and Mark Lavrack (Amy); and his grandchildren, James Harshfield (Tina), Trisha Fairfield (William), Gary Sinischo (Bo), Tara Sinischo, Kyle Lavrack and Joshua Lavrack. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
