She was predeceased by: her parents, Abraham and Regina; her siblings, Rosamond, Marie, Josephine, Sadie and George; her husband Michael Rizik; and her grandson Brian.
She is survived by: her brother John; and her children, Michael Jr., George, Regina, Matthew, Mark, David and Christopher. She is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Our Lady of Lebanon Catholic Church.
