He was predeceased by : his parents, Oscar F. Blom Sr. and Lydia Emily Johnson Blom; and his wife Charlotte Blom (Joanne). He is survived by : his daughter Deborah Heine (Mike) of Portland, OR.; and his grandchildren, Jody Blom (Jackie), Joshua Blom (Kristen), Aaron Heine (Ally), Jeremy Blom (Amanda), Shelley Heine, Christine Blom, Andrew Blom, Matthew Blom (Shannon), Austin Blom and Christina (Darryl).
