She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Stead; and her parents, Jeffery Ashford and Mae Ashford. She is survived by: her children, Valerie (Pete), Brian "The Duke" (Wendy) and Jack (Heather); her sisters, Gwen Acheff (Larry) and Jill Yambrick (Mike); and her grandchildren, Athena Potsos, Jack Potsos, Pamela Potsos, Bo Stead, Stella Stead and Maisie Stead.
