We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2025, at the age of 75, Patricia Forde (Grand Blanc, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends can send flowers and condolences in memory of the loved one. She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace and Otto; her sisters, Cathy and Dimps; her goddaughter Michelle; and her former husband Phil.
She is survived by: her children, Nicole Hayes (Brian) and Kevin Forde (Yury); her grandchildren, Emma, Liam, Alli, Ford, Jackson and Emersyn; and her sisters, Gerri (Jim) and Angel (Nelson). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Barnabas Church (409 E 241st St, Bronx, NY 10470).
