He is survived by: his children, Matt Custack (Jodey), Martha Kaufman and Dan Custack (Amy); his grandchildren, Kevin Custack, Emily Jankowski, Christopher Kaufman, Madeline Kaufman, Marin Custack, Abby Custack, Lawrence Custack, Alex Kolody and Kolody; his great grandchildren, Zach Jankowski, Addy Jankowski and Paul Jankowski; and his daughter-in-law Jenny Lentz.
