It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Renée Crist of Grand Blanc, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on July 31, 2021, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Dan Phalen; and her grandfather Bill Chittick. She is survived by: her mother Tina Phalen (Chittick) of Linden; her husband Donald Crist; her children, Karson and Kennedy Crist; her siblings, Katie Phalen of Grand Blanc and Danny Phalen (Brooke) of Linden; her grandmother Lucille Chittick; her parents-in-law, Dona and Bill Crist of Cheboygan; and her siblings-in-law, Jerry Neff (Wendy) of Onaway, Dustin Crist (Jessica) of Grand Blanc and Kim Barker of Cheboygan. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Donald Crist for the Crist College/Education Fund.
