He was predeceased by: his mother Susie L. Peel (Norton); and his siblings, Eleanor Allen (Peel) and Cornelius "Neil" Peel. He is survived by: his children, Robyn Lutes (Tim) and James Peel (Jan Neurohr); his grandchildren, Lori Staley and Rick Lutes (Kelly); and his great grandchildren, Alyssa and Dylan Staley. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews; great nieces and nephews; family; and friends.
