Robert Omer Vandermark Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Omer Vandermark of Grand Blanc, Michigan, born in Royal Oak, Michigan, who passed away on September 19, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Vandermark and Beatrice Vandermark; and his brother William Vandermark. He is survived by: his wife Mary Vandermark; his daughters, Alice Sherwood (Keith) and Sally Nowak (Matt); his grandchildren, Melissa Jones (Eric), Stephen Sherwood (Alicia), Daniel Sherwood (Ashley), Elizabeth Cross (Brandon), Jonathan Sherwood, Matthew Sherwood (Alyssa), Jason Nowak (Rebecca), Evelyn Reeves (Evan) and Nathan Nowak; his nephews, Tim Vandermark, Chris Vandermark, Andy Yates, Kevin Yates and Ben Yates; his great-nieces, Andrea and Victoria; and his siblings-in-law, Jeanette Vandermark, Carol Yates and Brad Yates. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
