He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Hemmes and Earlene Hemmes (Dowland); his brothers, James, Bobby and Danny; and his son Zachary.
He is survived by: his daughter Tayler Ewald (Michael); his granddaughter Alice Ewald; and his sister Tammy Callahan (Curtis). He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Homes - Clio Chapel (503 N Mill St, Clio, MI 48420). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
