He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert James MacDonald and Madeline Parkhurst MacDonald; and his siblings, Marcia MacDonald Vick and R. Duncan MacDonald. He is survived by: his siblings, Chrissie (Steve Hudgens), Pat (Mike McGonigle), Brian (Ginny MacDonald), Amy Simon of Grand Blanc, Tim (Ami MacDonald) and Mary (Jim Luxem); and his siblings-in-law, Bruce Vick (Nancy) and Jacqueline P. MacDonald. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces.
