He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Williams and Rose Williams (Stevens); his wife Helen Mattar; his granddaughter Kennedi Jo Vance; and his siblings, Joann, Sam, George, Chuck, Betty, Lola, Anne and Ferris.
He is survived by: his children, Norm Williams (Heather), Tom Williams and Martha Miller (Paul); and his sister Minnie Kamar. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
