He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Barker and Betty Barker (Delahoussaye); his wife Janice Marie Pierce; and his brothers, Gary and David Barker.
He is survived by: his children, Allen Wanbaugh (Kellie), Gary Barker (Rachell), Tammy Barker and Michelle Barker; and his siblings, Carol Hollenitsch (Randy), Donna Konrad and Mike Barker. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
