William Dutil Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of William Dutil of Grand Blanc, Michigan is shared. William, born on June 7, 1950, passed away on October 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dutil and Elizabeth Dutil (Mosier); and his brothers, Mark and Kevin Dutil. He is survived by: his wife Karen Pillen; and his siblings, Tim (Karen Dutil), Brian (Sheryl Dutil), Mary Jo (Jim Haverland), Karen (Brad Cudney), Kathy Lince and Suzanne (Tom Saxton). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; 3 sisters-in-law and 3 brothers-in-law.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. John Vianney Catholic Church (2415 Bagley St, Flint, MI 48504). Due to family allergies/asthma please DO NOT send fresh flowers.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Wounded Warrier Project, Knights of Columbus 3rd Degree Council #10170 or 4th Degree Council #510. If donating to the 4th Degree, please notate- backpack coats for veterans.
