He was predeceased by: his parents, Dilman Bills and Lyda Bills (Cool); and his siblings, Edwin, Dale, Robert, Harrold, Velma Elston, Marjorie Hendershot and Audrey Simmons.

He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Curtis; his children, Lori Richiger (David), Staci Daenzer (Ronald) and Scott Bills (Lorna); his grandchildren, Andrew Richiger, Megan Taylor (Anthony), Emily Daenzer, Kaitlyn Daenzer, Alex Calderon', Logan Bills, Joshua Daenzer, Kylie Bills and Evan Bills; his great grandchild Avery Rose Taylor; his sisters, Jean Pemberton and Judy Garza; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Bills and Michael Curtis (Candy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
