He was predeceased by: his parents, William I Owen and Delma Owen. He is survived by: his wife Judy Young.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Swartz Funeral Home (1225 W Hill Rd, Flint, MI 48507). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
