She is survived by: her sons, Steven Clodfelter (Sharon) and Dr. Brad Clodfelter (Debbie Irvin); her great grandchild Ellie Clodfelter; her children, Ellie and Kiley McCreedy; her sisters, Edith and Diana; and her close friend MaryAnn.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gentiva Hospice.
