She is survived by: her children, Jackie Bloem (Russ), Randy Bremmer (Tracy) and Jeff Bremmer (Carol); her grandchildren, Michael (Sarah), Mathew (Kristie), Jordan (Megan), Rachel Bloem-Verwys (Christian), Daniel, Anna, Natalie and Grace Bremmer; her great grandchildren, Andrew, Joanna, Peter Bloem, Simon, Archie and Felix Bloem; and her sister Toni Van Luinen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
