He is survived by: his wife Carol Haukom; and his children, Laura Nelson, Sue Kuczyniski, Deborah Narhi, David Nelson (Stephanie) and Jennifer Sanger (David). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
