She is survived by: her children, Tammy Collins, Gary Collins (Tonja Stone) and Scott Collins (Ellen Douma); her stepdaughter Debra Puff; her grandchildren, Kaisey, Rylee, Joel, Stacie, Natasha, Dennis, Mindy, Rodney and Josh; and her great grandchildren, Gavin, Grayson, Arianna, Chase and Skylar.
