She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Shuker and Leona Shuker (Simmons); her husband Robert Urbanik; and her son-in-law Chris Whalen. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Whalen (Steven Currie), Pete Urbanik (Karen) and Jeff Urbanik (Karen); her grandchildren, Valerie Harding (Kenny), Nathan Urbanik (Emily), Nic Whalen (Bella), Ian Whalen (Marissa), Todd Urbanik (Holleigh), Ashleigh Elzinga (Jeff), Nicole Hollen (Chris) and Drew Hunt; and her brother Gerard Shuker (Ellen). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
