He was predeceased by: his father Herman Benjamin; and his nephew Scottie Fredricks. He is survived by: his mother Karen Fredricks (Maples); his wife Tracy Damaska; his children, Courtney Flater (Joey), Alison Ferber (Eric) and Conor Fredricks (Delanie Paris); his grandchildren, Tatum, Riggan, Sloane Flater and Baby Girl Ferber; his siblings, Maury Fredricks (Karen), Laurice Vantol (Jim), Brent Fredricks (Amy) and Brian Fredricks (Vanessa); his parents-in-law, Dick and Doris Damaska; and his siblings-in-law, Lisa Freeman (Bob), Dana Elduayen (Ty Elkhart), Kyle Damaska (Kim) and Rich Damaska. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
