She was predeceased by : her parents, George Mitchell and Eleanor Mitchell (Kruizenga); her husband John; and her sister Pat Costello. She is survived by : her sons, Joshua Casemier (Bree) and Jason Casemier (Crystal); the father of her children Mark Casemier (Linda); her grandchildren, Sydnee, Kennedy and Logan Casemier; her great grandchild Sage Casemier; and her brother-in-law Bob Costello. She is also survived by Many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, and Nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Klaassen Family Funeral Home (1500 Robbins Rd, Grand Haven, MI 49417).
