He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Tober; and his brother Patrick Allen Tober. He is survived by: his mother Alice Tober; his son Dylan Tober (Molly); and his siblings, Craig Tober, Melinda Gould (Guy) and Julieann Osbourne (Scott). He is also survived by 3 grandsons.
