She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ellsworth and Bonnie Ellsworth (Wales); and her siblings, David Ellsworth, Grace Kruizenga and Carl Meyer.
She is survived by: her daughter Tamara Gargano; her grandson Zach Gargano (Autumn); and her brother Curt Ellsworth (Jan). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the family to help with Debbi's funeral expenses.
